The Challenge...
Our friends at Carton Service, which also owns Pharma Packaging Solutions, came to us with websites that looked great but were extremely difficult to update. Additionally, they needed fast web hosting, design support, and a way to easily track leads.
The Goals...
- Redesign the sites found at cartonservice.com and pharmapackagingsolutions.com with clear calls-to-action, well thought out navigation, and a design framework that would apply to both brands
- Apply the new site designs to a content management system that anyone can use to keep the site updated
- Integrate the sites with a digital marketing system to indentify, engage, and measure leads
- Provide ongoing design services for various promotions and seasonal changes to keep things fresh and encourage lead conversions
The Solution...
- By using WordPress, the easiest to use content management system on the planet, our friends at CSI/PPS can now very easily update areas of the website that were off limits in the past
- Site hosting, which was on a shared VPS, is now on a dedicated Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 server instance leading to speed increases and better search rankings
- By using Prospector Digital, an increase in the following occured:
- General web traffic
- Unidentified leads (companies ID’d via IP address)
- Identified leads (personally identified visitors or email list subscribers)
